No. 883.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under instructions from the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to appoint Lieutenant- Commander JAMES JOLLY, R.D., R.N.R., to be Harbour Master and Director of Air Services, Hong Kong, and Commander THOMAS CHARLES STIFF, R.D., R.N.R., to be Deputy Harbour Master, Hong Kong, with effect from the 17th June, 1941.

No. 884.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to apoint Mr. QUENTIN ALLISON ASHBY MACFADYEN to be an Assistant Labour Officer, with effect from 18th July, 1941.
