(5) Any instructions under these regulations may from time to time be amended, varied, revoked or suspended and new instructions given, as the Governor thinks fit.

(6) In this regulation the period of the present emer- gency means the period ending with such date as the Governor may by order declare to be the date on which the emergency which

was the occasion of the making of these régulations came to an end.

3.-(1) Every person, not being a member of a corps,

who---

(a) has in his possession any article being part of the clothing, accoutrements or appointments supplied to any member of such corps and is not able satisfactorily to account for his possession thereof; or

(b) puts on the dress or takes the name, designation or character of any member of such corps for the purpose of thereby obtaining admission into any house or other place or of doing or procuring to be done any act which any such member would be entitled to do or procure to be done of his own authority, or for any other unlawful purpose,

shall, in addition to any other punishment to which he may be liable for such offence, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars and to imprisonment for any term not exceeding six months.

(2) If any person knowingly buys or takes in exchange or in pawn from any member of a corps or any person acting on his behalf, or solicits or entices any member of a corps to sell or pawn, any article, being part of the clothing, accoutrements or appointments supplied to any member of such corps, such person shall upon summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars and to imprisonment for any term not exceeding six months.
