ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH [SANITATION]).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, and of all other powers in that behalf enabling, the Urban Council makes the following amendment to the by-laws in Schedule A to the said Ordinance under the heading "Dangerous and Offensive Trades" as published in Government Notification No. 811 in the Government Gazette of the 9th October, 1936.

Amendment.

By-law 16 is rescinded and the following by-law is sub- stituted therefor :-

16. The trade of crushing, packing or dealing in any way with manganese ore or manganese dioxide is declared to be an offensive trade.
