ORDINANCE No. 40 of 1909.
(TRADE MARKS).
By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 56 of the Trade Marks Ordinance, 1909, and of all other powers thereto him enabling, the Governor in Council hereby amends the Trade Marks Rules set out on pages 575 to 622 of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) as follows:-

1. The following rule is added as Rule 55:
