1, the FINANCIAL SECRETARY, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by regulation 4A of the regulations in the Schedule to the Miscellaneous Licences Ordinance, 1933, under the heading PART V-MONEY-CHANGERS, enacted by Government Notification No. 238 published in the Gazette of 1st March, 1940, hereby prescribe the premium at which a money-changer may exchange Hong Kong currency of any denomination for Hong Kong one-cent notes as one- half of one per cent.

NOTE.It is an offence for a money-changer in relation to any such exchange to charge a greater premium or make. any greater or other charge for his services than the premium now prescribed.
