No. 715.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. GEORGE STACY KENNEDY-SKIPTON to be the Chief Assistant to the Secretary for Chinese Affairs with effect from 10th June, 1941.

No. 716.-His Excellency the Governor under instructions received from His Majesty through the Secretary of State, has been pleased to appoint, subject to His Majesty's pleasure, Mr. DUNCAN JOHN SLOSS, C.B.E., to be an additional Official Member of the Executive Council for so long as he holds the appointment of Censor, with effect from 31st May, 1941.
