ORDINANCE No. 22 of 1919. (PLACES OF PUBLIC

ENTERTAINMENT REGULATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) of the Places of Public Entertainment Regulation Ordinance, 1919, the Governor in Council hereby rescinds regulation 180 of the regulations to the said Ordinance appearing on page 932 in Volume III of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) and substitutes the following regulation therefor :-

180 :----The fee for censoring films in any appeal as afore- said shall be $6.00 per reel. In all other cases of censoring films the fee shall be $1.00 per trailer, $2.00 per reel under 500 feet, $3.00 per reel exceeding 500 feet but not exceeding 1,000 feet and $3.25 per reel exceeding 1,000 feet. Posters will be censored free of charge.
