In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by regula- tion 50 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, as enacted by Government Notification 1230 published in the Gazette of 8th November, 1940, I, the STORES CONTROLLER, with the consent of His Excellency the Governor, hereby revoke the order published as Government Notification 181 in the Gazette of 14th February, 1941, and instead make the following order-
