Section 18 of Ordinance No. 41 of 1935. All Government Medical Officers, all Medical Officers of His Majesty's Navy, Army, or Air Force, respectively in the Colony shall be deemed to be medical practitioners; but nothing in this Ordinance shall be deemed to require that they shall be registered whilst so serving.

NOTE:-No medical practitioner is entitled to practise in the Colony unless he is in possession of a valid certificate for the current year stamped in accord ance with the provisions of the Stamp Ordinance, 1921. This does not apply to the following:-

*-

(a) any person the whole of whose time is at the disposal of the

Crown;

(b) any professor of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of

Hong Kong;

(c) any person who may for the time being be exempted by the Governor in Council on the ground that the whole of the time of such person is at the disposal of some charitable institution.
