COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.
In exercise of the powers conferred by the Emergency Powers (Defence) Acts, 1939 and 1940, as applied to this Colony by the Emergency Powers (Colonial Defence) Order in Council, 1939, and the Emergency Powers (Colonial Defence) (Amendment) Order in Council, 1940, His Excellency the Governor makes the following regulations-
The Radiocommunication Amendment Regulations, 1941.
1. These regulations may be cited as the Radiocom- munication Amendment Regulations, 1941.
2. Form No. 3 in the Radiocommunication Regulations contained in the Schedule to the Telecommunication Ordin- ance, 1936, is amended-
(1) by the rescission of the words "and in addition to work one portable wireless receiving set at any place in the Colony of Hong Kong at the end of the said form as amended by Government Notification 785 published in the Gazette of 25th September, 1936;
(2) by the rescission of the words "or the portable set in the first two lines of condition (1) of the conditions attached to the said form:
(3) by the rescission of condition (2) of the said con- ditions;
(4) by the substitution of the words "The station shall not be used
