With reference to Government Notification No. 999 published in the Government Gazette of the 6th September, 1940, following is a further 1st of companies and concerns which the Netherlands Government has certified as having legally transferred their seats from the Netherlands :--

and Import Co.).
N.V. Padangsch Warenhuis "Tokra" (Padang Department Store
"Tokra").
TRANSFERRED TO CURACAO,

N. V. Nederlandsche Handelskantoor.
N.V. Internationale Handelsvereeniging (International Trading
Co.).

ORDINANCE No. 32 of 1939. (COMPULSORY SERVICE).
His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, pursuant to Section 11 (7) of the Compulsory Service Ordinance, 1939, to permit the following persons to quit the Hong Kong Defence Reserve :-
Carroll, William Joseph, with effect from 26th April,
1941.
Grant, Walter John, with effect from 28th April, 1941.
Smith, William Forsyth, with effect from 29th April,
1941
Crawford, Alexander, with effect from 1st May, 1941.
