ORDINANCE No. 32 of 1939, (COMPULSORY SERVICE).
His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, pursuant to Section 11 (7) of the Compulsory Service Ordinance, 1939, to permit the following persons to quit the Hong Kong Defence Reserve :
Connolly, Thomas Beresford Mills, with effect from 5th April, 1941.

No. 412. The following Order is published for general information :-
In accordance with the provisions of section 4 of the Unclaimed Balances Ordinance, 1929, His Excellency the Governor hereby directs that the respective sums of money, particulars of which appear hereunder, shall be transferred from the Deposit Account to the general revenue of the Colony. This transfer is subject to the provisions contained in the said Ordinance as to refunds.
