No. 321. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under instructions from the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to appoint Mr. EDWARD ELLISON to be a Surveyor of Ships (Engineer Surveyor), Harbour Department, with effect from the 15th March, 1941.

No. 322. It is hereby notified that Mr. JOHN KEITH BOUSFIELD, M.C., resumed duty as Organizer of the General Group for Essential Services in the Hong Kong Defence Reserve, with effect from 13th March, 1941.
