Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under sections 3 and 5 of the Entertainments Tax Ordinance, 1930, as amended by the Entertainments Tax Amendment Ordinance, 1941, on the 6th March, 1941.
RESOLVED pursuant to sections 3 and 5 of the Enter- tainments Tax Ordinance, 1930, as amended by the Enter- tainments Tax Amendment Ordinance, 1941, that as from the 1st day of April, 1941, the rates of Entertainments Duty at present in force be abolished and that Entertainments Duty at the following rates be substituted therefor :-
