No. 241.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 11 of the Statutes of the University of Hong Kong, to nominate the Honourable Mr. RONALD RUSKIN TODD as a Member of the Council of the said University, during the absence from the Colony of Mr. HENRY ROBERT BUTTERS, with effect from 24th February, 1941.

It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. Lo MAN-HIN to be a member of the Food and Firewood Control Board in addition to the members appointed by Government Notification 220 published in the Gazette of 21st February, 1911.
