NOW THEREFORE I the said Officer Administering the Government with the advice of the Executive Council do hereby and for the purposes aforesaid nominate and appoint

to be Commissioners, and
Mr. KENNETH MYER ARTHUR BARNETT, J.P.
to be secretary to such Commissioners.
AND I do further with the advice of the Executive Council direct that the said Commissioners shall have all the powers, rights and privileges set out in the third section of the Commissioners Powers Ordinance, 1886.
