No. 175. It is hereby notified that in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 22 of the Blackout Order, 1940, published in the Gazette of 16th August, 1940, as Government Notification No. 920, His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government declares that the period from sunset ou Wednesday, 26th February, 1941, until sunrise on Saturday, Ist March, 1941, shall be an occasion of experiment or prac- tice for an occasion of emergency or public danger, during which the said order shall be in force in every district in this Colony, unless the said period is earlier terminated.

To the Orner of Inland Lot No. 1135 Section E, (House No. 16. New Street).
No. 176. Take notice that Inland Lot No. 1135 Section E, together with the building thereon, known as No. 10, New Street, is required for a public purpose and will be resumed on the expiration of one month from the date of the posting of this notice on the said land and that thereupon such compensation will be paid as may be awarded in the manner provided by the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, as amended by the Crown Lands Resumption Amendment Ordinance, 1930, and further take notice that you are hereby called upon to nominate a member to serve on the Board of Arbi- trators to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of such resump- tion, and that in the event of your failing to nominate a member to serve on the Board within one week after the date of the expiration of this notice then the 'hairman of the Board may nominate a member to serve on your behalf.
