No. 167.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. IVAN BERNARD TREVOR to act as Manager and Traffic Manager of the Kowloon-Canton Railway, with effect from 27th February, 1941.

His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, under the provisions of Statutes 7 and 11 of the Statutes of the University of Hong Kong, to nominate Mr. WALTER HEATHCOTE LOCK as a Member of the Court and Council of the said University, for a period of three years, with effect from 24th January, 1941.
