ORDINANCE No. 36 of 1931. (DUTIABLE

COMMODITIES).

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 6 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, 1931, His Excellency the Governor in Council hereby makes the following regula- tions--

1. There are hereby prescribed the officers who, unless otherwise provided in the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, 1931, may grant licences and permits in respect of table waters, and the fecs in the following table-

10% of the duty on the table waters imported, with a minimum fee of $2.

2. The said table shall be inserted immediately after the fourth table in the second schedule to the regulations made under the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, 1931, and published in the Gazette of 26th July, 1940, as Government Notification 838, and these regulations shall be construed together with and shall form part of the said regulations.
