ORDINANCE No. 28 of 1917. (FERRIES).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Ferries Ordinance, 1917, the ferry named hereunder is excluded from the operation of that Ordinance so long as—
(1) no exclusive and conflicting licence is granted under the said Ordinance; and
(2) only one launch or motor boat is employed in the service; and
(3) the ferry adheres to a schedule approved by the Harbour Master; and
(4) all directions given by the Harbour Master as to terminal and intermediate (if any) place or ports of call are complied with; and
(5) the vessel employed is licensed and approved for the purpose by the Harbour Master; and
(6) the fares and charges at any time taken and made are approved by the Harbour Master.
Excluded Ferry.
The ferry of Tsu Siang Hsu plying between Hong Kong and Sha U Chung.

ORDINANCE No. 38 of 1939. (ESSENTIAL
COMMODITIES RESERVES).
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Reserves Ordinance, 1939, His Excellency the Governor in Council further amends the Schedule to the said Ordinance (as amended by Government Notification 87 published in the Gazette of 24th January, 1941) by the addition thereto of the following item:-
