In exercise of the powers conferred on him by regulation 37 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government hereby makes the following Order :—
Anchorage is prohibited to all vessels within the follow- ing area in the Waters of the Colony :-
Commencing in position Latitude 22°-18'-43".8 North, Longitude 114-07-19".1 East, thence by a straight line drawn in the direction 000° to Latitude 22°-20′-18′′.0 North, thence by a straight line drawn 090° to the Western Harbour Limit and thence by the Western Harbour Limit to the point of origin.

ORDINANCE No. 32 of 1939. (COMPULSORY SERVICE).
His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, pursuant to Section 11 (7) of the Compul- sory Service Ordinance, 1939, to permit EDMUND CARLYLE MCCLELAND HOPE to quit the Hong Kong Defence Reserve, with effect from 23rd January, 1941.
