ORDINANCE No. 28 of 1917. (FERRIES).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Ferries Ordinance, 1917, the ferries named hereunder are excluded from the operation of that Ordinance so long as

(1) no exclusive and conflicting licence is granted under

the said Ordinance; and

(2) only one launch or motor boat is employed by the person named in the respective services; and (3) the ferries respectively adhere to a schedule approved

by the Harbour Master; and

(4) all directions given by the Harbour Master as to terminal and intermediate (if any) places or ports of call are complied with; and

(5) only vessels licensed and approved for the purpose

by the Harbour Master are employed; and

(6) the fares and charges at any time taken and made

are approved by the Harbour Master.

Excluded Ferries.

1. The ferry of the Shui Woo Shipping Co. between Sha Tau Kok and Yim Tin viá Kai Chung.

2. The ferry of Lo Chi Ki between Sha Tau Kok and Yim Tin via Kai Chung.
