the applicants' firm name in Chinese, in the name of BOTELHO BROS., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is tended to be used by the Applicants forthith in respect of Hats. of all kinds, Caps and bonnets, Hosiery, Boots and Shoes, and Singlets, in Class 38, and in respect of Butter, Chécse, Hams, Bacons and Tea, in Class 42.
