No. 14 of 1912.
REFERRING to Harbour Notification No. 8 of 1912, instructing Captains and Pilots to steam at Slow Speed when passing the Conservancy Works in course of construction and craft engaged in dredging, etc., and drawing attention to the fact that vessels disregarding this notice will be held responsible for any damage thereby caused to the Conservancy Works or boats, Notice is hereby given that Dredging Operations are now in process in the Astræa Channel.
