MOJI-KO-GWAI LIGHTED-WRECK-BUOY MOORED.
NOTICE is hereby given that two lighted-wreck-buoys (see Notification No. 339 of Department of Communications) on the outside of Moji Harbour, has been moored as follows:-
MOJI-KO-GWAI LIGHTED-WRECK-BUOY AT BOW.
Description:-Iron frustum of cone in shape, painted green, surmounted by a lattice-work.
supporting the lantern.
Height of light:-10 ft. above the water.
Character of light :-Pintch gas occulting green light; light 4 seconds, eclipse 2 seconds. Illuminated are :-'
-The whole horizon.
Distance visible :— -2 nautical miles in clear weather.
Depth of water:- -About 6 fathoms at L.W.S.T.
Magnetic bearings taken from the buoy :-
Chimney of the quarantine station at Hikoshima. Haneishi
.....S. 71° 40′ W.
..N. 49° 10′ W.
The conspicuous pine tree on Hiyori-yama, Shimonoseki......N. 16° 15′ W.

KUSHIRO-KO WRECK-BUOY REMOORED.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Kushiro-ko Wreck-Buoy on the Northwest of Shireto-- se, Kushiro Anchorage, Kushiro Province, which drifted from its moorings (see Notification No. 176 of Department of Communications, September, 1912), has been remoored in its due position.
