No. S. 365. It is hereby notified that information has been received from the Military Authorities that Gun Practice will be carried out as under:-
On Monday, the 28th October :-
From the North-East side of Stonecutters Island, in a Westerly direction,
between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
On Tuesday, the 29th October
From Stonecutters Island, in a South-Westerly direction, between the hours
of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.*
On Wednesday, the 30th October :-
"Night Practice", from Lyemun, in a Northerly direction, between the
hours of 7 p.m. and 11 p.m.
On Thursday, the 31st October :-
From Mount Davis, in a Westerly direction, between the hours of 9 a.m. and
4 p.m.*
On Friday, the 1st November :-
From Belchers Battery, in a Westerly direction, between the hours of 9 a.m.
and 4 p.m.

* If the range is clear practice will probably be completed by 2 p.m. each day.
All ships, junks and other vessels are to keep clear of the ranges.

BOTANICAL AND FORESTRY DEPARTMENT.
No. S. 366.--It is hereby notified that sealed tenders, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of Flower Pots", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of -Monday, the 4th November, 1912, for supplying Flower Pots for the year
1913.
For form of tender apply at the Colonial Secretary's Office.
For specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Treasury the sum of $25 as a pledge of the bonâ fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown, if such person fails or refuses to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
No. S. 367. It is hereby notified that sealed tenders, which should be clearly marked "Tenders for the supply of Labour and Stores, B. & F. Department", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 4th November, 1912, for the supply of Labour and Stores required by the Botanical and Forestry Department for the year 1913.

For specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
