"That a composition be accepted under which the debtor's business, includ- ing stock-in-trade, furniture, fittings, book debts, and goodwill, shall be assigned to the debtor's father, Mr. A. Y. H. MAHOMED, on the condition that Mr. MAIOMED pays in full all costs, fees, and preferential claims,
and pays 50 per centum upon all
other claims provable in the bank-
ruptcy with the exception of Mrs. HOORBAI'S claim."
Creditors are reminded that this resolution, which was passed at a meeting held on the 10th October, will not be binding unless it is confirmed by a majority in numbers repre- senting three fourths in value of all the credi- tors who have proved.
