No. S. 331.—It is hereby notified that sealed tenders, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Repairs to No. 5 Police Launch", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Friday, the 18th instant.
Specifications can be obtained at the Government Marine Surveyor's Office. Repairs to be executed to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

MEDICAL DEPARTMENT.
No. S. 332.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Medical Department Contract", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Thursday, the 31st October, 1912, for the supply of Aerated Waters; Bedding and Clothing; Beers, Spirits, Wines, etc.; Spirit of Wine; Chemicals, Drugs, Surgical Instruments and Sundries; Furniture, etc.: Milk, etc.; Provisions; Sundries; and Washing; (Schedules Nos. 1 to 10), required locally for this Departinent, for the period of one year from the first of January next inclusive.
Tenders may be made for the 10 Schedules, or for each separately.
No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $200, as a pledge of the bonâ fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person shail refuse to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.
The Contractor will be required to enter into a Bond for the due fulfilment of his contract, and for the supply of all articles of the best quality.
The Contractor for Schedules Nos. 7 and 8 will be required to deliver the supplies for the Victoria Hospital for Women and Children at the Hospital on Barker Road (l'eak).
The Contractor for Schedule No. 8 will be required to supply store accommodation, ample enough for the housing of provisions, and such store must be kept in a sanitary condition.
