INFORMATION has been received from the Commissioner of Customs, Kowloon and Dis- trict, that the entrance light to the West River at Wangmoon has been temporarily changed from a dioptric occulting to a dioptric fixed white light visible in clear weather to a distance of ten miles.

No. S. 260.--It is hereby notified that the Government is prepared to lease certain areas on the Railway Reclamation including the Wharf known as Blackheads", and sealed tenders marked "Tenders for the leasing of Railway Reclamation Land", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 31st August, 1912.
Plans of the available land may be seen at the Office of the Manager of the Railway, Kowloon.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.
