NOTICE is hereby given that the Commissioner for Trade and Foreign Affairs, and the Treaty Power Consuls, have declare the Port of Swatow to be cholera-infected.
All vessels arriving therefrom on aud after this date are to abide aud be governed by the Sanitary Regulations for Ports of Shanghai and Woosung.

NOTICE is hereby given that Okino-su Lighted Buoy on the North side of Okino-su, Shiaku-seto, Inland Sea, which broke adrift from its moorings (see Notification No. 923 of Department of Communications, September, 1911), has been remoored in its due position.
