OTICE is hereby given that the Petition presented to the upreme Court of Hongkong in its Original Jurisdiction on the 17th day of June 1912 for confirming a Spe- cial Resolution reducing the capital of the above named Company from Taels 75.000 to Taels 52.500 by cancelling capital which is unrepresented by available assets is directed to be heard before His Honour Mr. WILLIAM REES DAVIES K.C. Chief Justice on the 30th day of July 1912 at 10.30 o'clock in the fore.

Any shareholder of the Company desiring to oppose the making of an Order for the reduction of the capital of the said Company under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose.
