Application for Registration of Trade Mark.
NOTICE is hereby given that the TUNG CHEONG LOONG firm () of No.
63 Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, have on the 18th day of March, 1912, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Mark :-
MANILA
ni the name of the said TUNG CHEONG LOONG firm who claim to be the proprietors thereof. The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods:→
CIGAR, in Class 45.
The said Applicants disclaim the right to the exclusive use of the words "HIGH LIFE" appearing in the component part of the said Mark,
Facsimiles of such Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the Offices of the undersigned.
