The five Mooring Buoys shown on the Weihaiwei charts as lying within the Three- fathom Line of the Liukungtao Anchorage, i.e., off the south coast of the island between the Iron Pier and the Military Pier, have been moved and now lie further out; they are marked with letters A to E, and are now in the following positions

A in position where Cowan Pier Beacon bears S. 41° W. (true), distant 348 yards.
