THE appended Notification, issued by the British Naval Authorities, concerning the change in position of five Mooring Buoys in the Liukungtao Anchorage, is published for general information.

The five Mooring Buoys shown on the Weihaiwei charts as lying within the Three- fathom Line of the Liukungtao Anchorage, i.e., off the south coast of the island between the Iron Pier and the Military Pier, have been moved and now lie further out; they are marked with letters A to E, and are now in the following positions
