(2) rags. fuse of new goods coming direct from the weaving-mills, from workshops where apparel is made or from bleaching- establishments, artificial wool, and cuttings of new paper, are not considered as rags.

HARBOUR MASTER'S DEPARTMENT.

No. S. 115.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders which should be clearly marked "Tender for repairs to Steam-Launch 'H. D. 4'" will be received at the Colonial Secre- tary's Office until Noon of Wednesday, the 17th day of April, 1912. The repairs include the supplying and fitting of a new boiler, new decks, &c.

A list of work may be obtained at the Government Marine Surveyor's Office.

Allowance to be made in the tender for the old boiler.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

The work to be carried out to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor.
