Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.
OTICE is hereby given that CALDBECK MACGREGOR & Co. of 15 Queen's Road, Hongkong, as Agents for the WICKÜLER KUPPER BREWERY, have on the 26th day of January, 1912, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of :-
The Label of the WICKÜLER KÜPPER BREWERY in Elberfeld, Germany, being an oval label with white ground, round the edge a deep band of red bearing the words Kupper Brewery on the upper half and the words Gustav Kupper on the lower half, a blue band across the centre bearing the word Kupper, an eagle in a six point star above the band and a group of gold prize-medals below the band. This label is intended to be used forthwith by the Applicants in respect of the following goods:
Beer, in Class 43.
A facsimile of the label can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, Hong- kong.
