HARBOUR Notification.
No. 1 of 1912.
NOTICE is hereby given that, in order to prevent accidents to shipping in the Whangpoo River at night, all arc lights, whether exhibited from wharves, pontoons, banks of the river or from vessels moored in the strcam, shall he fitted with screens so fixed as to throw the rays of light only on the wharf, pontoon or vessel for whose use they are displayed.
