OTICE is hereby given that a Petition for the winding up of the above named Company by the Supreme Court of Hongkong was on the 6th day of January 1912 presented to the said Court by the sail Company and that the said Pelition is directed to be heard before the said Court sitting at the Supreme Court House Victoria aforesaid on Wednesday the 24th day of January 1912 at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, and any creditor or contri- butory of the sail Company desiring to oppose the making of an order for the winding up of the said Company under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by him- self or his Counsel for that
purpose.
A copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said Com- pany requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the
same.
