Tenders must reach the Colonial Secretary's Office on or before noon Saturday, January 20th, 1912, and should be marked "Tender for Coal for the British Section Kowloon-Canton Railway ".
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
For further information and form of tender apply to the Railway Head Office, Kowloon; only these forms must be used.
