No. 167.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint the Honourable Mr. HENRY EDWARD POLLOCK, K.C., provisionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, to be an Un-official Member of the Executive Council during the absence on leave of the Honourable Mr. EDBERT ANSGAR HEWETT, C.M.G., or until further notice, with effect from this date.

His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of Section 10 of the Medical Registration Ordinance, 1884, (Ordinance No. 1 of 1884), Dr. GERARD HALL LLOYD FITZWILLIAMS to be a Member of the Medical Board during the absence on leave of the Honourable Mr. Edbert Ansgar Hewett, C.M.G., or until further notice, with effect from this date.

No. 169. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, to appoint, under the provisions of ection 19 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordi- nances, 1903-1909, Lance-Corporal DAVID DAVIES to be a temporary Sanitary Inspector, with effect from the 7th instant.
