EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.
Amendment of Regulations under the Private Vehicles Ordin- ance, 1895, (Ordinance No. 5 of 1895), as amended by Ordinance No. 25 of 1911), published ễn the Gazette on the 4th day of May, 1906, and on page 159 of the Regulations of Hongkong, 1910, as amended by the Regulations published in the Gazette by virtue April, of Government Notification No. 106 on the 25th day of 1911, made by the Governor-in-Council on the 3rd day of January, 1912.
Regulation No. 3 as published on page 159 of the Regulations of Hongkong, 1910, and as amended by Regulation No. 1 published by Government Notification No. 106 in the Gazette of the 25th April, 1911, is hereby repealed and there shall be substituted therefor the following regulation:-
"3. The fee for a truck or trolly licence shall be $10 per annum.
The fee for
the licence of a motor car licensed under Ordinance No. 5 of 1895 which The fee for the is intended or used for hire shall be $20 per mensem. licence of any other motor car shall be $24 per annum. other private vehicle licences shall be $2 per annum.
