Section 3 (2) is amended by the repeal of the words to seize it in the last line thereof and the substitution therefor of the words to seize such liquor ".

Section 3 is amended by renumbering sub- sections (2), (3), (4) and (5) as sub-sections. (1), (2), (3) and (4) thereof.

Section 4 is repealed.

(1) Section (b) is amended by the repeal of
