Section 26 (4) is amended by the repeal of the word knowingly in the first line thereof.
Section 2 is amended by the repeal of the words at the commencement of this Ordinance" in the sixth and seventh lines thereof and the insertion of the word

30 of 1931, is amended:-

(ii) by the repeal of the words “a mem- ber of the Volunteer Defence Corps and the substitution therefor of the words a member of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, a member of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force,”.
(4) Form No. 1 in the First Schedule is amended by the repeal of the words at the police court in this Colony in the sixth line thereof and the substitution therefor of the words at the police court
