OTICE is hereby given that, at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., held at St. George's Building, Victoria, Hong Kong, on 30th November. 1937, a resolution was passed making the Final Call of 50 cents per share upon all members as shown on the Register of Shareholders on the 30th Novem- ber, 1937, as holders of shares on which only $1.50 has been paid.
Such Call shall be payable to the Company's Bankers, the Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hong Kong, on or before the 8th January, 1938, in the case of shareholders whose regis- tered address is in the Far East, and, in the of shareholders having a registered address outside the Far East, on or before the 28th February, 1938.
