The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less the last 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Gardeu Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 364 of 1934, and to Special Condition No. 1 (a) and (b), and Special Conditions hereunder specified.
