NOTICE is hereby given that N. v. Borneo Sumatra Handel Maatschappij NOTICE is hereby given that National
(Borneo Sumatra Trading Co., Ltd.) a company incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Holland and having its Head Office at The Hague, Holland, have on the 25th day of September, 1937, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:
Fireworks, Inc., a Corporation or- ganized and existing under the laws of the State of Massachuset's, doing business in West Hanover, State of Massachusetts, United States of America, have on the 15th day of July, 1937, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the follow- ing Trade Mark:—

in the name of N. V. Borneo Sumatra Handel Maatschappij (Borneo Sumatra Trading Co., Ltd.) who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use same forthwith in respect of Articles of clothing in Class 38.
The Registration of this Trade Mark shall give the Applicants no right to the exclusive use of the male dressed figure appearing on the said mark.
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Regis- trar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
