No. S. 372.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate which should be clearly marked "Tender for supply of Junks to Government Grab Dredgers Nos. 1 and 2", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 8th day of November, 1937, for the supply of junks including all necessary maintenance and labour for efficient working throughout the year 1938.

As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $500 with the Colonial Treasury.
For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. S. 373.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Materials for Harbour Pipelines", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 15th day of November, 1937. The work consists of the supply of materials for two 21" diameter submerged pipelines across Hong Kong Harbour.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, with the Colonial Treasurer, the sum of $15,000 in cash.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
