OTICE is hereby given that the Court has by virtue of Section 58 of the Probates Ordinance 1897, made an Order limiting the time for creditors and others to send in their claims against the above estate to the 17th day of November, 1937.
All Creditors and others are accordingly hereby required to send their claims to the undersigned on or before that date.

The said David Blumenthal intends to carry on the said business at No. 70 Nathan Road aforesaid under the said name "The Marcel Buffet" and will not assume any of the liabili- ties incurred in the said business by the said Charles Fuxman.
