Portuguese Possession of Macao, have by an application dated the 26th day of May 1937, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-

OTICE is hereby given that the Cheung
Tai Yick Firm, of Fung Toi Street,
Tung Koon City, (東莞 鳳台街) 城)in the District of Tung Koon (東莞 in the Province of Kwangtung in the
Republic of China. have on the 31st day of August, 1937, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :---
泰興廣州

in the name of the said Kwong Hing Tai Firm
otherwise known as Po Tai Loong Firm, who
claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The said Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in Class 20 in respect of Firecrackers and fireworks.
Registration of the Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the female figure
device and the said mark is associated with the Trade Marks of pending applications Nos. 117 and 118 of 1937.

The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Fire-crackers and Fire-works in Class 20.
This Trade Mark is associated with Trade Mark No. 39 of 1927 and the Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the female figure device and the Goods (firecrackers and fireworks) bearing. this Trade Mark will not be sold in retail in Hong Kong save for wholesale transactions for exportation to the Straits Settlements, Annam, Dutch East Indies and Rangoon.
