NOTICE OF TRANSFER.
IN pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent
Transfer of Businesses Ordinance, No. 25 of 1923, notice is hereby given that the China Engraving and Printing Company Limited, of Nos. 12/14 Praya West, Kennedy Town in the Colony of Hong Kong, carrying on business as printers and engravers has agreed to sell all the machinery stock-in-trade and fixtures belonging to their business and being at Nos. 12/14 Praya West aforesaid and also a contract in Shanghai for the supply of certain printing machinery to the Dah Tung Book Company Limited a company registered at Shanghai in the Republic of China but now carrying on business at Nos. 12/14 Praya West Kennedy Town aforesaid and that the transac- tion will be completed on the 1st day of November, 1937.
The Transferees intend to carry on business at Nos. 12/14 Praya West, Kennedy Town, aforesaid and will not assume any liabilities incurred by the Transferors in the said business.
