Registration of the "Thorobred " Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word " THOROBRED ".
Registration of the "Z" Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word UNEXCELLED ", the letter "Z" and the representation of fire-crackers, and the Registration of this Trade Mark is limited in a combination of colours, namely, gold, yellow, red and blue, as shown on the mark.
